TIMELINES

TIMELINES

I think it may be helpful, at this point in time, for me to make a comparison and an overlay of the different types of Timelines that the Lord has lead me through.      I feel sorry for the guy that’s hearing some of my terminology that I’ve developed over the years for the first time.  You know, like TL2, or TL3.  Or maybe “Double Timing”.  That’s a good one too.  This guy Lalo must be some kind of nut.  I see he’s beginning to throw in another couple doozies like “Dekelee”, and the “Nebuchadnezzar” Timeline.  What’s with this guy anyway?
So, someone asked, Lalo, if you’ve got a TL2, and TL3, what happened to the TL1?
Well, glad you asked.  There is a TL-1.  That’s the one that most every Church person knows.
When God started me out with Timelines, He said, Make a Timeline.     I said, How do I make a Timeline?  He said, Draw a line.  (I had a 4’ x 6’ chalk board, and I mounted it on my bedroom wall).  I drew a line.  He said, now put on the two or more Bible names.  I choose  Abraham, John the Baptist, and David.  He said, write them on your board in the order that they appear in the Bible.  So I put:

He said, There you are, now you’ve got  TL1.  Most church people can do that.
Now start over, and this time make a whole bunch of square.  Then, put the names in the squares            xx  where you think they belong.  The squares are going to be Jubilees of time.  I did.  He said,                          xx Good, now you’ve got TL2.
I said, Your going to have to help me.
The next night after work, I couldn’t wait to see what He had put down.  To my surprise, there was
nothing new on the board, but before I left the board I added

a couple of more names to the list my self.  Each night I did this.  After a couple of weeks that board was pretty full, and I couldn’t see where He had written anything.  So, I said “Well”?  He said, See, you can      make one.  Now make a better one.
Finally it dawned on me,  I WROTE IT ALL.
But, it didn’t happen in just 5 minutes. GIVE YOURSELF TIME!  He’s right there by you.
Talk to him, and then LISTEN!

INGREDIENTS and COMPONENTS
that make up a

TIMELINE.

I’m going to take you on a trip back in time so you can better understand the lay of the land (Timeline wise) pertaining to making Timelines.
To do this I’m going to start out very simple and then add to it as I go.  O.K.   I’m going to try to keep it from becoming to confusing to fast.  It will get there soon enough!       Eventually each of you are going to want to know more as time goes on, and you are going to be their teacher. So I’m going to make this paper into a “prop” that you can use with your students.

   --- Here we go ---

Remember, the Timeline is nothing more than a series of boxes that we use to show a Jubilee of time.  Like this:

God said in Leviticus 25, that we are to work the land For 6 years,
and then let it rest on the 7 th. So this time, I will take the same set of stacks
and re-use them. only this time I will mark it differently to show working years
and rest years

We still have just 49 years in all, but now the same stacks tell us a different story.

Before I leave this area, I should also throw in something about the 50th Moon year that is  also  mentioned in Leviticus 25.  The Moon year count is different than the Solar year count  that I started out with.
Of course, since they have a different length to them, (11 days shorter shorter, See “Units of Measure”) the 50th year finishes in the middle of the 49th Solar year.  I’ll show both their 1st year and the 50th year in yellow. Below, you will see them start and end with a redline.

In the Bible story the 1
st Moon year starts out on 1/10 of the 1st Solar year because of the Jordan crossing delay , and then the 50th Moon year ends on the 10th day of the 7th Month of the 49 Solar year!

So in those 49 years we work the land for 42 years, and we rest it 7 years. Now I just showed you 7 sets of 7 year cycles which make 49 years like Leviticus 25 says.

But, since I’m going to make a whole big bunch of these 49 year units, it will be easier if I number them like they are, in fact ,49 year units of time.  Like this:

And now we can make a whole bunch of Jubilees, like this: but so far, if we don’t mark
each stack differently, we wouldn’t be able to tell any  difference between the stacks.

I guess I could mark them as Stack 1, Stack 2, etc., but there’s a better way.

Additionally, for identification purposes I need to use some type of numbering system that will show each Jubilee to be different from the next one.
I know, I could use “Reset Cycle” numbers instead of the yearly count from before. Remember each Jubilee has 30 possible different “Reset” position to it, and so does each year of that Jubilee. That fact, in itself, would give thousands of different patterns that a given Jubilee can have. If I  use those we would really have a large different pattern for marking each Jubilee block of 49 years. Let’s call that the Jubilees profile.

A word about Resets

“Resets” mark the difference between the comparative length of the Sun years and the Moon years to one and another.

Sun time equals 365.24 days per year, and Moon time equals 354.36 days per year.

One is 11 days shorter than the other.

That’s good, I’ll use “Resets”.

Now we are going to have a lot of fun.  Here we go.
This one is done in “Reset” cycles for the 49 years.
So, we have a lot of different kinds of numbering systems.
