About Figure C.1
The above Figure shows the events of the 1st year in the Wilderness on the left hand side, and the events of the 41st year on the right hand side.
All of the given dates are in Lunar Time. The Bible clearly lays out the first 21 days of the Exodus year. It does the same thing for the 41st year. The Children of Israel were in the wilderness for 40 years. Then they crossed the Jordan River in the 41st year. The 41st wilderness year is also the first year of their first Jubilee time on the land. I call this the Jordan Jubilee System.
If we take the actual known true length of the Solar year (365.24219 days), and the actual true length of the Lunar year (354.36708 days), and apply this information to the wilderness story, we will get a true correlation between the 1st years events and the 41st years events.
Next, if we add the 7-day weekly cycle to this correlation we will get a triangular setting for the dates given. If the Bible story is correct, then everything will match up automatically with natures timing. It's the acid test.
However, if we find this information doesn't match the story, then the Leviticus definition of a Jubilee and the Exodus account of the wilderness years are not true and accurate. Furthermore we will have to assume that someone made up that story.
The monthly time count information, given above, is in Lunar time. First Month, 10th day. First Month, 15th day, etc.
Forty years in the wilderness is a Solar time statement! That count contains 4 seasons per year, times 40 such years.
With that total, we find ourselves somewhere in the 41st year that I've displayed on the right hand side of the Figure above.
Let's do some math:
FACT #1 365.24219 days make a Solar Year.
X 40 Solar Years
---------------------------------------------------
= 14,609 days (using round figures)
The Lunar time count for how many days are in 40 Lunar years needs the extra "Reset Moons" added to the 40 Lunar years to make our comparison valid.
The total number of Reset Moons added in 40 Lunar years adds up to 15 Moons.
Now 40 Lunar years containing 12 Months apiece = 480 Lunar Months, plus the 15 Reset Moons required during those 40 Lunar years, make a total of 495 Months for that period of time.
FACT #2 495 Lunar Months
X 29.53059 days per Lunar Month
---------------------------------------------------
= 14,617 days (using round figures)
The 495 Lunar months are 8 days longer than the 40 Solar years!
Now I'll show the 7-Day Week count.
FACT #3 2088 weeks
X 7 days per week
---------------------------------------------------
= 14,616 days
Using these 3 kinds of time counts, let's lay out the story of Israel's 40 wilderness years from the Bible.
I'm going to use these three counting systems to focus in on 3 special areas.
The 1st one is the First Year in the Wilderness.
The 2nd one covers the years in between the 1st year, and the 41st year, and
The 3rd one is the 41st year itself.
Why, because we can concretely lay this out to the day? That will allow us to count time from that direction, this way in time, as well as our being able to count from where we are now, back that way in time. If we can match these two up, then we have two witnesses about the Bible story.
Let's go to work.
In the Figure above find 1-15 for the 1st year left side. Next find 1-7 of the 41st Year on the right hand side. Notice the connecting line that joins the two together. The time between those two dates is shown to contain 14,609 days. That number is found by using Fact #1. That equals 40 Solar Years to the day!
1-15 of the first year is when they left Egypt according to the story, and on 1-7 of the 41st year they completed 40 Solar years in the Wilderness. They were cursed to stay out there in the Wilderness for 40 Years. In Joshua 1 we read where God told Joshua, "you'll cross over the Jordan River in 3 days". The day God spoke this to Joshua (1-7), completed 40 Solar Years exactly to the day from the Exodus. To prove that fact we have to turn to Joshua 4-19 where it says they crossed the River on the 10th day of the 1st month of the 41st year.
This setting complies with the needed Solar Year count of 40 years in the Wilderness.
In the Figure above find 1-15 for the 1st year, left side. Next find 1-15 for the
41st Year, shown on the right hand side.
Notice the connecting line that joins the two together. The time between those two Lunar dates is shown to contain 14,617 days. That total is found by using Fact #2. The number 14,617 show's how many days there are in 40 Lunar Years with Reset Moons added, to the day.
Again, you will notice an 8 day difference between the Solar count and the Lunar count when you are working with this 40 year period. Those 8 days are highlighted in the above Figure on the right hand side of the Figure, and are shown as the dates 1-7 and 1-15. Let's see how those 8 days show up in the story.
Israel completed 40 Solar years in the Wilderness on 1-7 of the 41st year. (Fact #1) Then the story takes us to the 10th day (cross the Jordan River). That's 3 days. From there they waited 5 more days to get to1-15 (Passover time). 1-15 makes the completion of 40 Lunar Years with Resets. (Fact #2) The story says this in so many words. There is a perfect tie between the Bible story and God's natural counting rhythm. It's a fact!
It should be noted here that every year shifts the number of day's difference that exists between Solar and Lunar time. When we get used to this fact we will find that the 41st year should show the Lunar time trailing the Solar time by 8 days. The story shows it does.
Fact #3 connects the Weekly Sabbath day that was given in the 1st Year of the Wilderness with its correct corresponding location in the 41st Year. It also show's what day of the week they crossed the Jordan River. Notice that in the Figure. They crossed on the first day of the week!
Being an unchanging constant of 7-days in length, the weekly Sabbath is an excellent tie with both the Solar and Lunar Year counts to prove precisely the number of days and the events of the 41st Year, to the day.
Next I need to show how Israel complied with the judgment of 40 Years in the Wilderness, when in fact they didn't get cursed until well into their 2nd Year in the Wilderness after they reached Kadesh-barnea. That's when the 12 spies returned. There were 40 Lunar Years, straight run, no Resets added that measure that time period.
That means we have to take off the 15 months of Reset time that were in that particular 40 year period in order to find the remaining time. That 15 month period amounts to about 443 days.
Let's see how this works out.
The story says they left Sinai on the 20th day of the 2 month of their 2nd year out of Egypt. The 20th day was their first day of travel! With that considered, they were still at Mt. Sinai for 49 days of the second year.
Now add those 49 days to the first years count of 354 days. That makes 403 days. Notice, I'm not using fractions. We now have about 40 days left to account for in the judgment count.
God said they were accountable for the 40 days the spies were on the "Land". That means we have to take those 40 days off of the 15 Reset months shown above. That leaves us with a balance of 403 days to account for, and I just showed you that. Praise the Lord! He must mean what He says!
All of these Time Counting Systems met the stated count completely and exactly.
Take your time with the Chart and satisfy your curiosity.
Notice, I have just shown how the formulas fit both sets of times, and prove the story verbatim, to the day.
Now look at this! I used the natural Solar/Lunar/Weekly formulas to establish the actual events as laid down in the Bible story to the day. However, I could have started out backwards, telling the story first and then multiplying or dividing by 40 years where needed, and I would have been able to prove the exact number of days in both the Solar and Lunar Years, to the day. Did you know that Israel was given that information back there in the Wilderness? It was Israel's job to teach these facts to the world. Not the other way around! Israel possessed that information as far back as the late 1200's B.C.E.
Now the next thing to show in connection with this, is the 49 Year Jubilee period that followed those 40 Years that I just explained. All of these secrets belong to every Bible believer as a gift from God. You should use them!
I don't think people realize what's in that Book they carry under their arms to church weekly. If they did, you wouldn't see the trouble that's out there today!
The 49 Year Jubilee count
Now in previous work (Jubilee Series Part 1) I have shown that a Jubilee contains 49 Solar Years, with 50 Lunar Years placed inside of it. Those 50 Lunar Years commence on 1-10 of the first Year, and they end on 7-10 of the 49th Year.
Also, I've shown how those 50 Lunar Years contain 17,718 days. Therefore, in summary, those 50 Lunar years fit inside of the 17,896 days of the 49 Solar year count with 6 months to spare, exactly.
This total block of 49 Solar years needs to be set in place right after the 40 Wilderness year story. Together we can see their totals as being 89 years long.
With our Calendar making skill from Part 4, we can make calendars for all 89 years, and set the Feast Dates where they apply. We can see where the Weekly Sabbaths set, and so forth. Simply put, we can write all of this out to the day.
When we do this, it becomes an anchor point for the whole Jubilee system that was given to the Children of Israel back there.
The next thing to include in this story is the Reset Cycle. If we could add the correct Reset cycle to each of the 89 years, we could positively prove when this story took place.
Can we do this? Certainly!
The rules of the "RESET" applied.
These rules are not manmade. They are governed by natural laws that actually exist out there! How does that work?
FACT#1 (Solar-Lunar Differences)
The Reset deals with the time difference between the lengths of the Solar Year and the Lunar Year. Since each year has to address Feast Days that are found by using both a Lunar count and a particular Solar Season, then something has to be done to keep those Lunar counted Feast days in their right Solar Seasons.
Fact #2 (Unsaid Orders)
Everything that God says for us to do, has its counter part. There’s also a what not to do that goes with everything we are told to do.
If He says to blow the Rams Horn on 49-7-10 and call it the 50th year, then in fact, it actually has to be true. It's marking something. It's not just throwing out a haphazard statement. In other words if you're told to say 50, it actually has to be 50! Can there be a time where you cannot say 50 on 49-7-10? YES, about one third of the Jubilees.
The balancing of time between the two uneven counting systems requires an occasional unit added to one system in order to keep up with the second system.
You can't add to the Solar counting system because you can't change the annual appearance of the Seasons. That happens automatically. However, you can add an extra lunation to the Lunar count to stay within a few days of the Solar time. (Some years need 13 lunations instead of the usual 12 to do this).
Since a Lunar revolution takes 29.53059 days (average), this would allow about 14 or 15 days on either side of a given point.
In must also be understood that to count these days out, using a row of boxes on a piece of paper, we have to use whole numbers. You can’t have a half box. The outcome therefore becomes irregular, and we end up with our calendar showing either 29, or 30 days in each month, in some kind of order. (More on this 29, and 30 day arrangement later)
FACT #3 (Reset Cycle Differences)
Every Year contains a different Reset position than either the year before, or the year after that point.
Each Jubilee also has a different beginning point on the Reset scale (1st Year only) as opposed to either the previous Jubilee before it, or the next Jubilee after it. All of these irregularities make each Jubilee different from other Jubilees when comparing its Reset positions (cycles 1-30) throughout its 49 year run. This causes a "Fingerprint" to appear in time.
FACT #4 (Possession)
A Jubilee is a 49 year unit of time granted by God to those He wants to give it to by covenant, and that Jubilee covenant usually comes in blocks of ten Jubilees. That equals 490 years.
(Matthew (70x7), and Leviticus (10x49), and Daniel’s (70 Weeks).
The Reset position of the First Year of a Jubilee marks the Jubilee's Reset position. Example: Cycle 29, or 14, or maybe Cycle 2.
Each successive Jubilee's Reset position recedes by an average of 1 and 1/3 Reset positions.
Example: (By the Jubilee) Cycle 21 - Cycle 20 - Cycle 18. Then Cycle 17 - Cycle 16 - Cycle 14. etc.
There are additional minor influences that also affect the Settings outcome.
(As in “irregularities” of moon’s behavior that seem to cause it to wobble around out there). This can be observed in my 70x7x7 series where you can track this action for 1,000 or 2,000 years.
Again, it is these irregularities that make every point in time unique and different from every other point in time. Hence, the “finger print”.
Now if we can find the correct positioning of the 89 years listed above in the Reset Cycle positioning, then we can place that period in its correct location in history. It's like "Tree Ring" dating.
If we find this location, then it also has to fit the Bible story like it did above or there's no marriage of story with fact.
Let's look at the Bible story to see what we have.
The circumstance presented in the Bible story that surrounds the Children of Israel's Exodus from Egypt holds the answers we need.
Using the definition of a Jubilee from Leviticus 25 we find it is necessary to blow the ram's horn on 49-7-10 and proclaim the 50th year. But if there is a time when that statement is not true (Fact #2), then there must be and end to receiving Jubilees from God. Does that happen? Yes!
Then what happens?
The occupants are ejected from the Land, or are cut off, one way or another. (Leviticus 26). Then some one else gets the Land.
The Bible story reveals 3 different Nations of People that were involved in the story during the time of the Exodus. They are Israel, Egypt, and the Amorites.
That story is laid out for you in Part 2, pages 6, and Part 3, pages 8, and 9.
The next term to apply is "Unclean Time". The explanation of this term is given in Part 3, page 8, & 9.
With this added information about "Unclean time" we can now connect this information with the Bible story.
Of all the possible combinations of the Reset patterns, there's a few locations that could qualify, but there's only one combination that fits two major Judgments in just two years, and also has those two judgments in the correct location that matches the Scriptural story in history! That is, where two different offset Jubilee counts both face the end of their individuals runs, with both of them coming into Unclean Time within a two year period of each other. Additionally, these events must correspond with the life’s of both Moses and Rameses, Pharaoh of Egypt.
Once we apply this Reset positioning to the story, we can place the 89 years in its correct location.
Since all such sequences are different (Fact #3), we should be able to look on the long list of these patterns (see 70x7x7 for 3,500 years of Jubilee’s with their Reset cycle sequences) and find the exact place that it will fit. Of course, as I just said, this location has to match the Bible story perfectly at the same time. It does, and besides that it brings in all the rest of the information that you've learned in this whole Jubilee Series.
Don't you think it fair for us to expect that as an outcome from God's time pattern?
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
If we had a long run of time, showing Resets in front of us, that cover from 1100 to 1500 B.C.E. we could isolate the number that show two Resets in just two years, both of which are in Unclean Time. We then could take those available possibilities and compare them to the actual Bible Time Line story. With this accomplished, we would find only one real choice.
In the interest of time, let me say, I've done this and the only combination that fulfills both the Reset Cycle Story, and the Bible Time Line story is as follows:
The year of the Exodus from Egypt was in 1283 B.C.E (Cycle 22).
The year of the intended Entry (Exodus Jubilee System) was in 1281 B.C.E.
that fall's in Cycle 30, and --
The year 1243 B.C.E. for the Jordan River crossing (Jordan Jubilee System)
that also fall's in Cycle 30.
With this approach applied we find Rameses on the throne in Egypt, and Moses standing before him on behalf of the Children of Israel.
In time, with application, you should be able to do this also.
This was found by using the above approach from the Scriptures, and by connecting that with the appropriate Conjunctions derived from "Syzygy", a Lunar Conjunction program adapted by my son, Johanan Codona.
* The "Syzygy" program was written by Johanan Codona, Ph.D. and is based on numerical models of Michele Chapront-Touze” and Jean Chapront. This program is allegedly valid for 4000 years back in time, and 2000 years forward.

Furnished below are actual Reset positions for each year for the years 1292 B.C.E. down to 1097 B.C.E. (derived from the Syzygy program).
This work is furnished for plotting and comparing years that you may feel could possibly qualify for the 89 year period that includes the Exodus, the "Intended Entry" (Second and Third Years in the Wilderness), and the Jordan Crossing year.
The following four Jubilees of time are given in G.M.T. (U.T.). The additional necessary adjustments for various Time Zones must be made independently.
Additionally it should be noted, all of the Resets are calculated using my Exodus Jubilee systems "Earliest and Latest" Feast day calculations. The explanation for these Earliest and Latest dates is found in Part 3, Pages 11, 12.
Also all calculations for conjunctions used in this work are derived from the "Syzygy" Lunar Conjunction program as explained above.
The years listed in these four Jubilees offer a broad enough time period for calculating any other setting of the 89 years that the reader may want to use. In this paper they are used for applying The TL3 "Double Timing" rules as offered in Part 5.
The yellow boxes indicate the crucial years for the 89 year period. Also shown are the "Saros Reversals". The Saros part stand for the 19 year cycle, and the Reversal part shows a reverse change in its order. Part 7 deals with that subject..
Remember - Don't make quick assumptions! Let the work prove itself.

Also shown in the next Figure are the years needed to calculate those same 89 years when the reader is using the TL2 straight Bible Time Line approach as laid out in Part 2 of this Jubilee Series.
Those pictured years run from 1412 B.C. through 1509 B.C.
Take your time and be careful not to make any quick assumptions, or miss leading mistakes.
This work is intended to save the reader a lot of hard work.

Figure C.3
At this point I'd like to insert an additional interesting Fact. I call this the
"Green Light - Red Light" principal.
This principal can best be explained today to people using the Roman calendar system, by comparing it to a "Blue Moon".
The term "Blue Moon" is when two full moons can be seen in the same month because of the length of the "Solar" month used today.
In like manner it's possible to have two Lunar conjunctions during the same 30 day Lunar count period.
This allows God to either start a Jubilee time count with someone in Cycle 1, or delay such a Jubilee by using a Cycle 30 setting This is very unusual.
However, it does happen in the beginning year (Jordan Crossing) of the Jordan Jubilee system when calculating time using the TL3 Double Timing count. That happens in 1243 B.C.E.
If the people are ready, God can start them out, if they are not ready, God can delay the whole thing until some later date. He has that option.
It's also interesting to note the Jubilee year for that first Jordan Jubilee, using TL3, contains an exact placement of a Center 3 Reversal.
It's like key-locking it.
