PART 3 - JUBILEE SERIES with RESETS
(hopefully you have done the first two parts by this time)

Consider these Scriptures

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

“Three times in a year shall all thy males appear before the Lord thy God in the place which He shall choose” Deut.16:16

“And when the day of Pentecost was fully come”  Acts 2:1

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

What do these Scriptures refer to?   What kind of timing was used to set these events?  Who sets them?  What’s involved in this story?

This section, Part 3, deals with these questions.

The answers to the above begin with balancing the 11 days difference that exists in nature between the lengths of the Solar and  Lunar Years.

God’s Calendar in the Scriptures joins Sun time, and Moon time together on a yearly basis to pin point the time for setting the three main “Feasts” in a year wherein God requires all the men of Israel to come up before Him.  The setting of these Feast days also required them to overlay the 7 day weekly cycle on top of the results of joining those two time counting systems together.   This means every year will be different.

The results give a triangular focus on the ever changing yearly combinations that exist.  Since no two years are alike, these results can also be viewed as a kind of “finger print” laid on each year, making each year unique in itself.  This yearly fact, along with the same thing happening within each Jubilee (the next larger time scale up) truly marks each year, and Jubilee so that we can find them anywhere in time.

Therefore given these facts, like grid coordinates, a person can tell exactly where they are in history.  It’s true!  Did you know that?

Now actually, wouldn’t you expect something like that from a God that is all knowing, and all powerful?  It just makes good sense!

This paper will look at how this system works when all of the rules are applied.

To balance out this Solar/Lunar difference, it requires the adding of an extra moon every two, or three years on a scheduled basis.  This extra moon is not a formally counted month in the Bible.  There are only 12 counting months mentioned in the Bible in any year!

Without this balancing system, the shorter Lunar time would constantly fall behind the longer Solar time until it moved all the way around the year.  This cannot be allowed to happen as the Calendar Laws set those three Feasts by using a date in the Lunar year counting system, and connecting that date with the correct location in a given Season of the Solar Year.  Additionally Pentecost also includes the 7 day weekly cycle.

Many people use different methods to apply this time, using different names for it.     This paper will refer to this added moon as “the Reset” because, in fact, that’s what it does.

The subject of the “Reset” effects everything in the Bible Calendar, including even the very date that Israel crossed the Jordan River.

This paper, The JUBILEE SYSTEM with RESETS comes with Figures, and Text to explain each step in this vast subject.

  Now let’s do Part 3.

UNITS OF MEASURE                                         See Figures Section

Figure 3.1

This material should not be new to you, as it’s also in Part #1.  It’s shown here to make it easier for your review.

At the top of this Chart you’ll see the comparative lengths of the Solar and Lunar  Years.  It also shows the length of the “Lunar” month.

As we move ahead we will need to know the lengths of 48, and 49 year units.  Also we need to see how many “Resets” there are in those units.

Of course, at the bottom of the Figure we see the actual day count that exists in 50 Lunar Years, contrasted with a Solar/Lunar combination that points out 49-7-10.

This gives us the Jubilee.

Figure 3.2

Figure 3.2   The Jubilee:  shown in Linear configuration

See Figures Section

This is the main body of the Linear Jubilee Chart from Part 1 of this four part series.

It’s shown here so we can make various comparisons.

In this Figure we are looking at the “Resets”.  Let’s review what it shows us.

First, it’s Linear as opposed to the usual box shape of 7x7.  Here, the Jubilee is broken down into three rows, and stretched out in a straight line.

The top row (1st) shows 49 Solar Years with its 7 year cycles.

The second row (2nd) shows 50 Lunar Years in a straight run, starting with the first year and ending with the 50th year.  That’s the only unit shown in this row, and it’s laid up against the 49 Sun years above it.  We will examine this Lunar 50 year period carefully later on.

The bottom row (3rd) shows 49 Lunar Years with “Resets” added by a precise formula, so that the Lunar years keep up with the Solar years.

Notice the total day count in both the top row, and bottom row.  They come out almost even, but are actually a little more than one day apart.  God intentionally made the orbital speeds to be different.  In other words it was deliberate, and His Calendar uses that difference.

That difference is apparent and shows up as a kind of “finger print” on each Jubilee. That difference will cause the next Jubilee to start in a different “Reset” cycle.  That’s on a Jubilee level.

The same thing happens with each individual year, due to the 11 days annual difference on the yearly scale.  It happens automatically, whether we know it or not.

Now we need to work our way through a Jubilee by the year, so you can see the automatic formula appear.

First I need to supply two more Figures and explain them, before we do this.

They are:

Figure 3.3

Figure 3.3  also called RCP  (Reset Cycle Position)

THE RESET SYSTEM APPLIED
[ That old “catch-up” moon ]

The  purpose  of  this  chart  is to illustrate how the Reset is applied.  The  numbers  that  appear in the 49 squares of the Jubilee grid on this chart represent the 30  possible  positions that the Reset system can cycle in.  They do not  represent any dates.  It’s 30 days long because it can’t be any larger than one month.

The “red” dots indicate a year where a Reset is applied.

A  Jubilee is ranked by the Reset position that the 1st year shows.  In this Figure the Jubilee Reset position is in Cycle 16.

Because of the 1+ days difference between Solar Time (row 1), and Lunar Time (row 3), in the above Figure, the first year of the next Jubilee will start in Cycle 15, and so forth with each Jubilee.  In other words, it recedes with each Jubilee.

With the fractions applied (remember 1+ days), by the third Jubilee it will drop two Reset positions instead of one.

So the cycles for the first 3 Jubilees look like this: Cycles 16, 15, 13.  Then Jubilees 4, 5, and 6 from where we started would be in cycles 12, 11, and 9.  As you can see, that makes it change 4 Reset positions in every three Jubilees of time.  Are you with me?

This would be explaining it the easy way.  In reality other small factors will alter this formula slightly.  We will worry about that fact down the line when you have more information.  Right now it’s “first things first”.

So, seen through the eyes of Reset time, you can see that each Jubilee starts out with a different rotating Reset position.

Therefore, if you knew what cycle a given Jubilee started in, you could go either forwards or backwards in time and find out other facts that this reveals.

Now that’s counting in whole Jubilees.

Each year of a given Jubilee also changes.  Remember the 11 days difference per year between Solar Time and Lunar Time.   So in each year we are losing 11 days, and in a Reset year we add either 29 or 30 days with a Reset moon (that moon’s length is automatic too), minus the normal lose of 11 days.  That gives us a net gain for the year of 19 days.  This happens in a controlled pattern, with each year of the Jubilee having its own different Reset number.  You will see this in the drill coming up.

REVIEW TIME:  Each Jubilee is marked differently by the Reset position that it starts in, and each year of that Jubilee is also different.  There are no two Jubilees alike because the fractions make that fact true.

(The yearly lose of 11 days actually averages 10.875 days).

Find the Reset facts of a given story, and you can place that story anywhere in time.  Isn’t that nice?  Did you know that?

That will not work in the widely used Roman Sun Calendar system.

God’s Feast Days are applied to each year, using these facts.

If all Israelites are supposed to appear three times each year before God, then dates for those appearances are affected by the above facts.

Figure 3.4

Figure 3.4  also called 3M-GE  (3 moons vs Green Ears)

There are 3 divisions in this Figure.

Top division - Shows Solar time during Spring, stressing the “Green Ears”. The green ears are “barley, and the Bible uses them as a control crop.  Notice the location of the “Spring” Equinox.

Middle division   --- Shows three months Lunar time numbered 12 , 1, and 2. Bottom division - Shows an expanded scale numbered 1-30. This scale shows the 30 Reset positions marking “early” and “late” timing  for setting the Feast Days.   Orange area indicates time to apply “Reset”.

The lower expanded scale numbered 1-30 is the same thing as the numbers found in the individual yearly boxes of the upper Figure.

We’re going to work our way through these two charts year by year to learn how this system works.

You’ll need a pointer (pencil’s O.K.)

Figure 3.3 is a teaching tool that follows a very simple formula to learn by. It's an excellent tool to learn with, showing when to add the Resets. When we get farther along, in Part 4, I will do the same thing with greater accuracy.

Figures 3.3, and 3.4 are to be used together in this unit.

Look at 3.3 in the first year in that Jubilee diagram.  Here we go:

Year  number  (1).   The  upper left box of Figure 3.3 shows the reset position  number  16.  (I just chose that number for this drill).  Now  place  a  pointer on Figure 3.4 on the expanded grid at  the bottom on number 16.

Year  number  (2).   We  lose  11  days due to the difference between the Solar  year  and  the  Lunar year (look back up at Figure 3.3)  That moves us down to Reset position number 5.  Move your pointer down to number 5 on Figure 3.4.

Year  number  (3).   If  we  take  off  another  11  we  will run off the scale.  That  would  put  us back into the previous month.         We must stay on the scale or  we  will  get ourselves out of the "green ears" timing.  So at this point  we must  add  30  days (one moon).  Don't forget we lose another 11 days this year also.

If we add 30 days resetting, and take off the 11 days for yearly lost time, the net is add nineteen.

This then is the rule, either take off 11 days, or add 19 days,  whichever,  in  order  to  stay  on  the  grid in the 30 possible Reset positions.   Read  this  again  if  you  need  to.

Back to year number three.  We  couldn't  take  off  11, so we added 19 and that puts us on Reset position number 24 in Figure 3.3.  The little red circle in the 2nd year shows that we added a month (moon) to accomplish this.

Year  number  (4).   We  can  subtract 11 from 24, so we enter 13 in year number four.

Year  number  (5).   Can  we  subtract  11  from  13?  Yes, now we are in position  number  2.  Remember  to  move  the pointer each year on Figure 3.4 to keep track of where you are.

Year  number  (6).   Whoops, we  can't take off 11 from 2, so we add the 19.  That  puts  us  up  to cycle 21.  Notice, the little red dot in that 5th  year.  We now have added two resets.  Year number six finds us in position 21.  Take off another 11 days.

Year  number  (7).   This  year finds us in reset position number 10.  Of course,  we  can't  take  off  11  so this year is also a reset year.  See the little  red  dot  there  also?   Good, we have now done 7 years.  This first 7 year period has 3 resets.

Before we go on, notice the Reset number for each year.  Now ask yourself this question: what did the "Green Ears" look like for that particular year?  Where they young, light green, and small, or older, bigger, and a little darker?  Where they dried out and turning yellow?   If you picked a handful of Green Ears, and put them in a vase on your table, what did they look like?  Do you see how you can recognize early, and late Reset time just by the "Green Ear" condition?

Now  try this next column, year number 8 through year number 14.  Notice, the take off 11 days, or add 19 days.  In this column we added only two resets to balance  things out, and we stayed within the 30 possible reset positions.  Our pointer on Figure 3.4 proves that.

All  of  this  work is only for drill because we are using whole numbers.  In  reality  it's  fractional,  and  it's  irregular.  By doing this drill you will learn why the feast days come early some years, and later in others.

Next  rule for this drill.   Year  #1, and Year #49.  In a given Jubilee, whatever cycle year  number  1  is  in, year number 49 will be 10 higher (average).  Using our example, Year number 1 is in cycle 16.  Year number 49 is in cycle 26  (10 higher).

Now  imagine  a  diagonal  line  from year number one down to year number 49.   Notice,  there  are  only  7 squares on that diagonal line, but you have to  add  10  numbers  in those 7 spaces.  Look how I did it.  Sometimes add 2, sometimes  add  only  one.  This type of drill will get you within about a day of  the  actual  time  in  any  Jubilee.

See if you can do the rest of the columns yourself, using the practice rules I gave you.

After you learn how to do this, Part 4 "Seeable  Slivers"  will  show  you  how to set these cycles accurately.   Don't lose hope it's going to take you a while.  I've been at this for over 50 years.

This work will help you see how to set the feast days, staying within the Sun  controlled  green  ears, and always have the Feast Days fall on the proper Moon Month count according to the scriptures.

THEY DO THAT!

Actually I recommend  doing  this  30 times using a different number in Year #1  each  time.  You won't be sorry.  It will open you up for a very big point later on.  As a matter of fact it's one of the biggest secrets in the entire subject!

A  standard  Jubilee  will have 18 Resets in it BEFORE 49-7-10.  You will also  find that of the 30 Jubilees that you do, some will have the first Reset in  the  first  year  (I call that type  "A"),  some will have it in the second year (type "B"),  and  some  will  have  it  in the third year (type "C").  You will need to know this.  Figure 3.3 is a type "B" Jubilee.

All of this brings up more questions.  The first question adds two additional ingredients to the pie.

The first ingredient is:  Just how early and how late can this “Reset” cycle get?  There must be a rule about that.  Along with that, is there any scripture to verify it?

If the Reset moon is not mentioned in the scripture, how are you going to prove that it exists, but if you can, second ingredient, where in the year does it fit in?  Can we just stick it in any old place?

These are some good questions.  If the Jubilee is so accurate, and its accuracy depends on the Resets, then how do we deal with these problems?

In other words, in plain language, on a yearly basis, what is the earliest, and latest that the Feast Days can be set, and where in the year do we add the “Reset”?

Another good question is:

What happens if you don’t have 18 Resets by 49-7-10 in a Jubilee?  Can you still say 50 on that day?  And finally if that condition did happen, then, how often does it happen, and what are the consequences of such a condition?

Yes, those are good questions all right.  Especially when they would have to be proven by scripture.

Now let me ask this, If they can’t be proven on a Scriptural basis, then does that negate the whole subject that I have been teaching in this series?  However, if the Jubilee does stand true then the rest of the answers must be there too. Why isn’t anyone talking about this?  Also, if these questions can be answered, then what else will come out of this whole story that we haven’t even got to yet?

The truth is, all of this time we didn’t even know the questions, let alone the answers.

I’ll start with "Jubilee Types" first, as I was just talking about it on a previous page.

Figure3.5

Figure 3. 5   Jubilee Types

This Figure shows  three types of Jubilees that I called Types A, B, and C.

Where the first Reset happens in a given Jubilee is very important.  This Figure illustrates three different settings.  Types "A", "B", and "C".   It could happen in the first year, second year, or the third year.  What difference does that make?

This deals with the question that I raised above about "what if a Jubilee doesn't have 18 Resets before 49-7-10"?  Is it still a valid Jubilee?

No it is not!  To be valid a Jubilee it has to have 600 months in it by 49-7-10.  Type C's above only have 17 Resets before 49-7-10.  They get their 18th Reset after the deadline.  That means they only have 599 months by 49-7-10.  That does not meet the requirement that says sound the trumpet and say 50 on that day.  Now what?  What do we have to do to get another month before the deadline date?

Note: This only applies to the first year of the Jubilee.  After the first year, cycles 23-30 (Type "C") can, and do show up anywhere, it doesn't matter.  It only matters if those Cycles are in the first year.   If they are, then you don't have a valid Jubilee.  Remember, the Jubilee is measured from 1-10 of the first year until 7-10 of the 49th year.

I explained back in Part 2 "Bible Timeline" about when Israel crossed the Jordan River.   That was in a Type "C" Jubilee.  No one has a new Jubilee coming to them when they are facing a Type "C" condition.  The only way that you can get another Reset to fill out the Jubilee, is by waiting 10 days like God made Israel do before they crossed the Jordan River.  That's when the clock started for Israel.  That's why they had to cross over on a certain day of a certain year.  No one else had that condition.

I will explain about the Jordan crossing story in Figure 3.6 under "Unclean Time".

At the very start of this Jubilee Series I said, "The Bible Jubilee is one of the most misunderstood subjects in the world today".  It's true.

Why is so much information coming to the forefront now?  It's because we are heading into the end times and we have to know more than we ever knew before.  It's the mercy of God.

  Figure 3.6

Figure 3. 6    Jubilee  Cycles

The 30 different Reset Jubilee patterns that I suggested for you to make will help give the answers.  I’ve shown an example of a few of them here.

***  Special note:  It’s a scientific fact that there are 7 Resets in 19 years.  This is called a “Metonic” cycle.  It’s named after it’s discoverer, a Greek named Meton, back in the 600’s B.C.  Using 7 Resets the Sun and Moon cycles come back very, very close each 19 year period.

Notice  the three different examples given in this Figure.  Cycles 8, 13, and 23.   Notice the little red dots showing the added “Resets”.  Count them.  Also notice that in 2 years time the cycle goes up by 8 (usually).

All three Types contain 18 total all right, but Type “C” has its 18th after 49-7-10.  “Whoa”.  That means that before Jubilee Day all Type “C” Jubilees only have 17 “Resets”, and that means they don’t have 50 full moon years by the correct date.  “Whoa” again, it takes 600 moons to get those 50 moon years, and now the Type “C’s” only have 599!

Guess what?  None of the Type “C’s”  make a valid Jubilee.

I have a name for this condition.  I call it “Unclean Time”.

Now there’s one for you!  If a person had a Type “C” Jubilee, you would have no blessing or cover from God.  Wow, and Whoa!

That’s scriptural!  Leviticus 25 says on 49-7-10 sound the Ram’s Horn and say 50!    It works in Type "A" and "B" only, but not in Type "C", what’s wrong?

Tighten your seat belt, you’re about to take a ride!

Let’s go back to the Exodus story.  Remember when Egypt was destroyed by the “Ten Plagues”, and Israel was released?  Egypt received a Type “C”.  Genesis 15 proves that.

Two years later the time of the Amorites came to the full.  Remember, in Genesis 15, where God promised Abraham about his seed getting their turn on the land. That’s right!  The Amorites time was at the full, and they ran into a Type “C”.  It was Israel’s turn.

Now wasn’t that easy to say?  Where do I get that?

What I just told you was, there were two different judgments on two different nations in a two Year time period.  What kind of Judgments were they?

Egypt lost their "first born".  That's referring to their seed-line, and the Amorites lost their land.  That's referring to their physical possessions that their seed-line needed to live with.  Each one of those problems carries a major Jubilee defect.

     Let me dissect that carefully.

As I pointed out back in Part 2, The Bible Timeline, God's promise to Abraham had 3 parts to it.

God clearly promised Abraham, "all of the described land", and "as many people as the stars of the sky".  The third item was "time".  Time to be able to do this.  Right there, God told Abraham, the time was reserved for later on when "the iniquity of the  Amorites had come to the full".

We need to see what was happening with that promise that ended the Egyptian captivity, and also set up the expulsion of the Amorites from the land.

Number 1:

Numbers Chapter 1 tells us, during the Wilderness time, Israel had the people (over 600,000 men over 20 years of age).  Moses said in Deuteronomy 10:22 that number met the "sand of the sea" number requirement.  They numbered themselves twice during the 40 years in the wilderness and both numberings confirmed that fact.

Number 2:

The Land was there, but possessed by many different nations.  There needed to be an expulsion of the inhabitances, particularly the Amorites.

Number 3:

     Time was at the full!

God released Israel from bondage with the Ten Plagues.  Then, Israel was led by God up to the southern edge of Canaan, where they were instructed to go in and take the land back during their second year in their wilderness.  Back from whom?  The Amorites, but Israel wouldn’t do it.  In stead they ran away because of the giants.  In the meantime, the Amorites were not about to give the land up.

Now all nations there were vying for the land, and for the position of being called the people that belonged to God, just as they are today.

Something you don’t know yet is how to connect the total combination of events with two major judgments in just two year through Jubilee rules.  It would take two Type "C" Jubilee Reset events in just 2 years to do this, and both of those judgments would have to place the people in “unclean time”.

How many combinations could give this sequence?  Just one combination. Go back to the examples given in Figure 3.6 again and notice what happens in a two year period that has a 3-22-11-30 sequence.  There’s one in column 5 of the Type “C’s”.

Under some conditions that I'll show you later, Cycle 22 can also be a Type "C" Jubilee.  Now both Cycle 22, and Cycle 30 would give unclean time when they were the first year of a new Jubilee time count for whomever.  In other words, there would be no new additional Jubilee time extension for either one.

This is what happened: Nine of the “Ten Plagues” happened in Cycle 3 for Egypt, and by the first month of the next year (Passover month) Egypt was in Cycle 22.  That’s “Unclean Time”, with no new Jubilee for Egypt.  Israel, God’s people were spued out.

Just two years later the Amorites in the land of Caanan hit Cycle 30 and they were all through.  “Unclean Time”.  That’s God’s land, and the Amorites had no more time.

Now Israel, because of the Spies report, were afraid to go up and take the land.  Their lack of faith, and obedience violated God’s Jubilee rules.  They were supposed to render judgment on the Amorites, but they wouldn’t do it.  So, they had to pay for the time that the Amorites had built up.  Someone had to go “off the land”.  The sentence was 40 years.  That included the time of the 40 years itself too, because the Amorites were still on the land through all of those 40 years.

The spy's story took place during the second year for Israel out in the wilderness (Solar time).  The third year should have seen them on the land, but it didn't.  That left 38 more years to go.

Remember the note above about the Metonic 19 year cycle)?  Well, simple arithmetic says 2x19 is 38.  Guess what, they were all facing Cycle 30 again.

This time Israel had all of their various time bills paid including the Amorite bill for the 40 wilderness years.  Now the time of the Amorites was really up and on 1-1 of the 41st year in the wilderness, it was Israel's turn.

However, for some reason God told Joshua to wait before crossing until the 10th day of the month.  Joshua obeyed, and on 1-10 God parted the waters and Israel walked across the Jordan River and retook the land.  Jubilee rules!  Isn’t that nice?

Now for the big mystery!   How could Israel get a “Blessing” and “Clean-Time” right in the middle of all of the other nations around them that were getting cursed time?  What Jubilee rule does that?

ANSWER:  They didn’t.  They were in unclean time too.  Now watch this:

The count for the next 50 years moon time started automatically.  But God, the Landlord, said to Joshua (Joshua 1-4) “wait ten days”.  Your lease starts on 1-1 all right, but wait ten days before you cross over.

Now Leviticus 25 says, “when you get on the land, begin to count”.  Ah hah!

That means Israel got those ten extra days at the end of their “lease”.  That would cause their time to end not at 49-7-10, but at 49-7-20.  Special deal.

With those 10 extra days added, this put them into the Feast of Tabernacles week   with its 7 days of Booth's that are a miniature "off the Land" counting event that occurs yearly.  It is within these 7 days that the time count stops and the Reset moon is added during Reset years. Then on 7-22 also called "the Last Great Day" is when they reenter the house and restart the count that finishes out that year, and leads them to the next Passover in Abib that now expresses the effect of the Reset moon.  With this modification in Israel's time count, God allowed Israel, and only Israel to capture the extra needed Reset moon that gave them the missing 600th month of the full 50 year Moon count.

This was a God given blessing.  It was Israel's time back "on the Land".

I should say here, the actual time yearly that Israel is "on the Land" runs from the "Last Great Day" 7-22 all the way to the end of the 12th month.  Then starting from 1-1 all the way over to 7-10 of the next year.  This total time adds up to 49 weeks.  That's 49  weeks "on the land" every year.  This is like a miniature Jubilee every year.  Then from 7-11 through 7-14 all men are given time to get to Jerusalem and enter their temporary shelters for those 7 days of Booth's.  Booth's become a miniature sample of uncounted "off the Land" time yearly.  During this 7 day moon counted week no male Israelite is "on his Land".  In essence His address for that week is a Post Office Box in Jerusalem, waiting for 7-22 (Last Great Day) when God says to him, now go back in the house.

7-22 is a High Sabbath, Holy Convocation day where they assemble together for the last day of the Feast.  They are all in Jerusalem.  Many live several walking days away from Jerusalem.  There's no way for them over night to get from the booth in Jerusalem back home to their houses.  The House they reenter on 7-22 is in fact the House of God in Jerusalem, not their own house back home.  This resets the clock and restarts the time running again until the next year for the same 7-10, and 7-15 through 7-22 sequence.

Running time for Israel yearly is from 7-22 all the way around to 7-10 of the next year.  This count is never interrupted during those days.  Any added time has to come during the days in between 7-10 through 7-21, and that's exactly when God had them do it with His wait ten day scheme.  It only applies to Israel.  They were told to do this back then, now, and in the future.  He said it's an ordinance to them forever!

I think you'll find it interesting to see they were given a Jubilee with 49 years in it.  Each year containing it's own 7 days of Booth's (off the Land) time.  In each 7 year week period that God gave Israel that makes 49 days "off the Land".

The 7th year is where you cancel debts.  That is a cancellation by God of a day for a year for each time they do this.  They do this 7 times in each Jubilee.

No wonder when the spy's brought back the bad report after being "on the land" for 40 days, they received a judgment of 40 years.  That 's a year for a day.

If we take this back to "Rest Years" that we covered in Part 1 of this series you can see a comparison between paying for non-kept Rest Years, as opposed to kept Feast Days.

REVIEW for Figures 3.5, and 3.6

We've discussed Jubilee Types A, B, and C that show a complete blessed 600 month Jubilee, or short of that a 599 month "Unclean-time" Jubilee.

  • I've shown where you can find that condition in the Bible and how to count it.

  • I've shown you about the 30 possible different  Jubilees that exist, Jubilee-wise.

  • I've shown where the Reset is placed in the years that it's needed.

Not only does the Reset balance out the Solar / Lunar time difference but it marks each year differently, and each Jubilee as well.

There's much more to discuss in this area, but that will have to wait for a while.

The Reset normally is inserted during the Feast of Booth's week when all the men are away from home at Jerusalem living in temporary shelter for that 7 day period.  This is actually uncounted “off the Land” time.  Those 7 days run from 7-15 through  7-21. All Israelite men were out doors, away from their homes by God’s command (off the Land).  Then, on 7-22 (Last Great Day) they were to go back into the house, when time restarted for Israel again.

Notice that little detail.  The 10 day delay covered them through 7-20.  Then the 18th Reset happened for Israel after 49-7-10.  That was caused by those ten extra days of delay.  Israel received that, and only Israel!  This gave them a full “Clean-time” run of a 600 moon Jubilee unit, right in the middle of everybody else getting “Cursed Time”. Isn’t that amazing?  The Amorites couldn’t get it because they were on “the land” during those 10 days.  Slam, times up!  The Jubilee rules socked-em.

One more parting fact.  The next conquest event for Israel would be Jericho.  Jericho was a “Walled Town”, and by Jubilee rules the walled town is unaffected by the Jubilee.  So, what to do?  Obviously, knock the wall down!  That put them all under the Jubilee rules.  Don’t you like that?  Fairs fair.

You see, the Bible story covers itself, doesn’t it?  Did you know that’s what happened?  God blesses those who walk in His ways!

Today, not many out there know why those ten days of delay were given to Israel before the “Landlord” wanted them to go in.  I guess this must be “The rest of the story”.

  • How many other times do you suppose this has happened down through today?

  • How about the Ten Day delay between Jesus ascension and Pentecost with the out-pouring of the Holy Spirit.  Because of that, what will happen in the future?

Remember if the start of the Jubilee is delayed by ten days, so is the end.  That’s why they had the order to sound the Ram’s horn on 7-10 instead of 7-1 thus declaring the end of the 50 Moon years.  It works, doesn’t it?

O.K. back to the other question.  How early, and how late can the Reset be placed in the year?

EARLIEST and LATEST placement of the Feast Days.

Now for some more Figures that we can use.

Figure 3.7

Figure 3.7

* (Read this whole section)

This is the first of a series of Figures that will take us through this subject.

Most of the dialog is in the Series, I’ll add more where needed as we go along.

This first chart compares the Sun Year with its Season and lengths, to the Moon Year with its Months and lengths.  Notice the Sun Year is a little longer  (ten days).

Figure 3.8

Figure 3.8

This Figure gives a clearer picture of the Solar year with its Seasons, Soltices and Equinoxes. Notice the difference between the lengths of the seasons.

 Figure 3.9

Figure 3.9

Now we need to see Equinoxes with their dates that mark the beginning of Spring, and the beginning of Fall.  Notice the two Solar seasons are 10 days longer that the 6 Lunar  months.  This is important.  These are facts in nature.

Now let me bring in these scriptures.  Exodus 12: 1,2; Exodus 23:16; and Exodus 34:22.  Passover is in the beginning of the Year in the first month. Passover then, must be in the Spring, not the Winter, and Tabernacles therefore, must be in the Fall, not the Summer. Tabernacles, in these verses, is called in the “end” of the year.  That’s a big point, and that’s scriptural.

Now notice the dates for the two Equinoxes, Spring Equinox (March 21/22), and the Fall Equinox (September 22/23).

Most people that do this kind of work look at the Spring Equinox for setting the Feast Days.  That turns out to be backwards.  Look at this:

The Figures above show a total of 187 days between those two Equinoxes.  Then they show a total of 177 days in the 6 Lunar months.

The two Feast Date High Sabbaths are fixed, Passover (1-15), and Tabernacles  (7-15). That makes them exactly 6 Lunar months apart.  It’s like they are hooked together with a chain.  So are the Equinoxes.

Considering the above verses with their applications.  If we are to keep Tabernacles in the Fall, then Passover can only come within 10 days of the Spring Equinox at its earliest setting.

Therefore it’s the Fall Equinox that sets the rule for the Earliest Feast Day dates, not the Spring Equinox.  Isn’t that easy?  You can’t take Passover all the way over to the Spring Equinox, because that would pull Tabernacles across the Fall Equinox boundary into Summer time.  Ask a farmer, they would still be out there in their fields trying to get their crops in.   During Tabernacles all of the men had to be up in Jerusalem.

Here’s a rule!  If you want to know about the beginning of the year, look at the end of the year.  If you want to know about the end of the year, look at the beginning.

If you want to know about the New Testament, look at the Old, and vise-versa.

Setting Pentecost is based on Passover, and it uses the 7 day weekly cycle to set it.  We will get to that in a little bit.

Therefore speaking in today’s Roman Calendar count, the Earliest 7-15 setting for Tabernacles would be the day after the Fall Equinox, and that at sundown.  This will make September 24th at sundown, to the September 25th at sundown the correct position for Cycle 1 of the 30 possible Resets positions, as it relates to the start of the Feast of Tabernacles.  Therefore the Latest date, Cycle 30, would fall on October 23rd  at sundown, to October 24th at sundown.

The Earliest date, Cycle 1, for 1-15 Lunar Time, the start of the Passover Unleavened Bread week would start on March 31st at sundown, through April 1st at sundown.  The Latest date, Cycle 30, would be April 29th at sundown, through April 30th at sundown.

The Earliest conjunction (dark moon) for the first month would fall on March 16th/17th, sundown to sundown that’s used to calculate 1-15 Cycle 1.  The latest conjunction date that sets Cycle 30 would be on April 14th/15th, sundown to sundown.

Now look at

Figure 3.10     Figure 3.11

Figures 3.10 and 3.11.

3.10 as explained above gives the Earliest dates, and 3.11 shows the Latest dates for both Passover, and Tabernacles.

Setting Pentecost is based on Passover, and it uses the 7 day weekly cycle to set it.  We will get to that in a little bit.

For more information on Conjunctions, and Settings see PART 4 “Seeable Slivers”.

Try to follow this Series all the way through. There is a lot of information given in this Series, so take just one Figure at a time, and take your time.  When we get all done, you’ll be about 3000 years ahead of most everybody.  Now doesn’t  that make you feel good?

Next,   FEAST DAY SETTING

Now I will slowly piece together the Feast Day story so you can see how all of that looks.

Figure 3.12

Figure 3.12

The top half places the Feast of Passover at the correct location on the Moon calendar counting system.

The bottom half places the second Feast Day in its right place called the “Feast of Weeks” in the Old Testament, and Pentecost in the New Testament.

Figure 3.13         Figure 3.14

The upper half sets the Feast of Tabernacles.  On the right hand side of each Feast is an enlargement to make it easier to see their individual lay-outs.

Figure  3.13  and  3.14

On the lower half of 3.13 we see all of the Feasts placed on the Lunar year, then in 3.14  they are all shown together with more details so we can see how the Reset cycles shift every thing around.

Now the last 3 Figures plus the Reset strips.

Each one adds more information and it gets pretty complicated looking.  Just take it one Figure at a time.  It took me a lot of years to learn this subject, and make all of these charts.  You won’t learn it over night!

Figure 3.15

Figure 3.15  The overlap, and necessary Reset Strips.

The top of this Figure once again has the Solar year placed on top of the Lunar year.  From here on I will focus on how I illustrate the year in 3 different major Reset cycles.  They are Cycles 16, 30, and 1 with its Reset.

Figure 3.16

Figure 3.16   The Reset strips.

These strips show the relationship of the Lunar Cycle compared to the Solar Cycle for a particular year.  The Lunar bar is on top.  It’s maximum length is 30 days long.  It has four divisions that are a little more that 7 days long each.  An arrow is inserted in the middle of the strip at about the 15th day.  The same thing is applied on the lower Solar bar. It also has an arrow in the middle.  When the two different time counting systems are placed next to each other as show here, each year would show a change in their relationship one to another.  There are 30 possible combinations to illustrate.  Here are some of them. This first drawing is in position 7.

Below you will find various examples of these different positions.  Notice their comparisons.  Each year a different Reset box is used to illustrate the constant change that is going on.  This of course shows the position of the timing relationship between the Solar and Lunar counts for each particular year.

The maximum shifting amounts to only two weeks in each direction.

Figure 3.17

Figure 3.17

Now, isn’t all of that an eye full?  Makes a pretty picture doesn’t it?

This is what God gave us.

Notice this Figure is in Cycle 16.  Look for cycles shown in the lower left corners.

Figure 3.18

Figure 3.18

This Chart shows all of the Feasts for the year, set in Reset Cycle 30.

Figure 3.19

Figure 3.19

This Chart shows all the Feast Days for the year, set in Reset Cycle 1.

This Chart also shows the Reset added (Grey shaded area).  All Cycles 1-11 have a Reset added.   Look for the small boxes that show what cycle the Reset is in.

Figure 3.20

Figure 3.20

This Chart is the same as 3.19 but it uses a red circle to better point out the location of the added Reset Moon (shaded grey).

REVIEW:

The “Reset” moon is not a counted month.  It’s catch-up time!

The 30 positions of the Reset mark the current relationship between the counts of the Solar, and Lunar time.  You might ask, Is the Moon ahead of the Sun, or behind?  It’s the Reset that controls this relationship.

God’s Calendar only works if the Reset is there.  The very idea of using both the Solar, and the Lunar time as viewed from the Earth is to give a triangular pin pointing of the special events in God’s Calendar.  Those events are the Feast Days.

Those Feast Days tell us of the entire plan of God with man on this Earth.

#1  The Start  -- 1-1.  This started God’s time Calendar running so we can know what to expect.

#2   The Passover events  --  The coming of the Messiah the first time, with His ministry and work of atonement under the rule of  “Kinsman-Redeemer”.  Also as “First Fruits” waved unto God the Father on our behalf.

#3   The Feast of Weeks, also known as “Pentecost”  --  With its measured time of 50 days from the special place established back there in the Passover Week on “Wave Offering Day”.

Its presentation of the two loaves on that exact day before God, with those two loaves containing “leaven” (sin).

On that day, historically, God came down on Mt. Sinai in the Old Testament and talked to them, giving His people the Ten Commandments.

Again, in the New Testament, He came down to the “upper room” people, and anointed His believers with the Holy Spirit, and talked through them, commissioning them with power, and sending them forth with the Gospel.

#4  The long 4 months of the  growing season where the Earth brings forth all of its fruit. …  then, in the end of the year with its harvesting events.

#5  Trumpets (messages, warnings, callings to awareness), and Atonement (opportunity for repentance) before-

#6  Tabernacles (leave your houses, land, and everything), and wait for the time when the believing people are taken in the House of God on …

#7 The Last Great Day (the Kingdom age).

There are many ways that people divide, and break up this 7 point week, but no matter how you count it, there’s no escaping the Feast Days as a road map for God’s work on this Earth.

There are many positions that you can play during these times. I hope you can see where we are in this sequence.  Are you ready?

Note:

In the Reset Year, the time for the people out side in the Booths (7 days) is the same.

They are gathered together the same.  They do not stay out there an additional 30 days.  The closing day (Last Great Day) is the same.  Say your good byes and what not.  However, the leaders should be charged with the responsibility, before the people leave, to inform everyone that time counting is delayed, and will be until the same phase of the next moon, when it restarts and continues its normal counting  to the end of the year.  This of course will cause the next Passover time with its events to be delayed 19 days later than it was in the current Roman Calendar year, instead of losing the normal 11 days.  It’s the leaders job to inform the people of this with its new date before the people leave.

In a year of Reset, the delay of the 29/30 day moon (automatically set) starts at the close of the 20th, at sundown.  It continues through the next complete moon phase cycle, through the 20th day of that moon (that’s uncounted time), and then resumes the count on the 21 day.  Thus ending the delay leading to the restart of counted time back “on the land”.

In a normal year, when the 7 days of Booths ends, it’s followed by, go back into the house on the 22nd.  What house?  They are all in Jerusalem.  Many are 3, or 4 walking days from their own homes.

The house that they return into is God’s House, right there in Jerusalem.  It’s impossible for them to reenter their own homes on the 22nd.  Besides, the 22nd is a High Sabbath.  In regular years the people (men) never reenter their own house on the 22nd.  However, in a Reset year, they all have gone home, and when that 22nd happens they reenter their own homes, and time officially starts again.  They are not in Jerusalem any more.

Notice that the restart of counted time actually started on the 21st.  That is because the 22nd (Last Great Day) is actually a High Sabbath, and any time you have any kind of a Sabbath it requires a “Preparation Day”.   He never expects anyone to just plunge into a Sabbath without a preparation day.  It’s a law, and He planned for that.

I’m sure that this whole thing comes as a shock to most of you.  It’s hard to explain these things to people the first time.  Belaboring the fact only leads to confusion.

That’s why we need a time and a place for Leaders, and Elders to come together and discuss things like this.  This is not a subject  for new comers, etc.

Booth’s, to begin with, is a subject for Israel only.  It says all Israelites have to be out in them, or lose their place in the congregation, and it says that non-Israelites are not allowed to be out in them. (Lev. 23:42, and Nehemiah 8:14).

I feel it is the duty of the Leaders to tell their people when the Feast Days are to be kept the following year, before they leave at the close of the Last Great Day.

Extra Page

EARLY-LATE

* The subject of how early the Feast Days can be, or how late they can be.

This following set of questions may have fit better up in the beginning of this unit, but I held it until now in order not  to cause distraction.

Where are the guide lines for this subject according to the Scripture, or are there any?  It may be helpful if first we ask ourselves a few questions.

#1 Are guidelines given in the Scripture for this.

Choice of answers:

Yes:  Look up Scriptural answers.

No, or I don’t know:  Consider the following:

Can the Feast Days be held at any random time by anyone at large?

Are there any Feasts to set in the Bible?

If so, who keeps them, and who does not?

Do we have to?

Is this valid in the New Testament?

Did Jesus keep them?  Why?

Why did Jesus go up to Jerusalem every now and then?

If there are Feast Days in the Bible, could they observe Passover in the Fall of the year?  Could they observe Tabernacles in the Spring time? If not, why not?  What about Passover in the Winter time?

If the answer is yes to any of the above, then there must not be any guide lines.  If there are rules about when they are to be set, then we’d better find out what those rules are.     If there are such rules, there must be such a thing as how early, or how late they can be set, or kept.  If this matters to you, then maybe you’d better learn how!   Finally, where do we look?

The Bible Feast Days are given in Leviticus 23, and several other places.  Read Leviticus 23, and all related references that you can find.
